[Action] .009

[Due to Sokka's unexpected bout of sheer win, Katara has been given the gift of free time and she plans on making the most of it... after she was shooed back to bed due to threats from Sokka that made no sense at all.

First, she wants to check in on Sanji at the Strawhat's House. Then she wants to stop by the school and see if she can register to go once things are back to 'normal.' And... she has an idea that is going to lead her to the weapons shop. Finally, she'll go grocery shopping because they're running low on easy-to-cook things. Maybe she'll even get a chance to stand by the bridge and practice with real waterbending! ...although saving her strength to keep healing Zuko is probably a better idea. She'll probably just stare at the water wistfully and talk to Sona.

If you're around any of these places today, feel free to say 'Hey!' or give her hand, since she's not exactly sure how to do what she wants to do at the smithy or the school.]

You could say that! Apparently at some point after I died, the sheer number of them multiplied. There's more pirates sailing the seas now than ever before, and some of the most famous names you'll hear of in our world belong to them.

With all fairness? No crew is quite like this one. [Said very fondly, that is]

Our world is mostly water, as a matter of fact. [Oh look. Some paper and a pen on that table there. How convenient. Brook will take a seat and motion for Katara to do the same, and then he'll continue to explain while illustrating his point]

There are four oceans, you see - the four Blues. [He'll label these: North, East, South, and West.] They're separated by both a large continent known as the Red Line, and a sea route riddled with islands that we call the Grand Line. [He'll draw those in too, and the result is basically this (http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/onepiece/images/e/ea/Map.jpg).]

That does play a key role! As for pirates, you'll find the majority of them throughout the Grand Line from what I hear these days. [Running the pen back over that part of the drawing] It appears that all but the strongest of those that sail through the Blues are typically neutralized by the Marines. And of course, the strongest of those crews would aim for the Grand Line, so I assume you wouldn't find them anywhere else for long.

From what I've been told, the King of the Pirates left his vast treasure somewhere within it. [Another thing that happened after he died. Gol D. Roger? PFT. He was a rookie when Brook was sailing. That Pirate King business happened LATER.] This treasure seems to be what prompted the rise in piracy. It's also Luffy-san's goal to find it; that and to take the title of Pirate King.

I for one don't have the faintest idea. The One Piece is the greatest treasure known to our world at this time, however, and you would have to hide something like that! If you didn't, everyone would try to take it from you!

It is, but the situation has changed. He was executed, but before he died he told the world that his treasure was free to whoever could find it. When he was alive, I'm sure it was a different story.

Exactly. And from the way the world is now, the people have rised to it.

I can only imagine. But we won't know for certain until we find it, of course.

Most definitely! If anyone can do it, I know the Captain will.
