Adell

♦♦
Katara doesn't know much about Adell, other than the fact that he stood against Aku twice - once in the grocery store, and once when they went to go and retrieve Nami. Also, he's been very kind to Charlotte. That's enough to get her to like him.

■■□□□□□□□□
Charlotte

♦♦
Katara doesn't know Charlotte well, but she seems like a sweet, silly, not-entirely-too-bright girl who is completely unselfconscious about how beautiful she is. She likes her, but doesn't see what they could possibly have in common.
■■■□□□□□□□
Derek

♦♦♦
She originally met Derek shortly after her first week in Luceti, when she was following up on who would accompany Toph on a dangerous mission. Since then he's been consistently kind and concerned about her, though recently they haven't spoken as much. She knows that he's helping to train Sokka, and she appreciates that.
■■■■□□□□□□
Diana

♦♦♦♦
Possibly separated at birth, Wonder Woman is just about everything that Katara admires. She's never met a woman like her before, and is both eager to talk with her more... and a bit wary because of her experience with Hama. It's gotten harder for her to trust people of power who are older than her, she's just been broken so many times, and a small part of her is scared that Diana is too good to be true, and doesn't see what the older woman could want from her.
■■■■■■□□□□
Haruki Suzumiya

♦♦♦♦◊♥
When Katara first met Haruki, she didn't think much of him - especially when she learned about how he thought of himself in terms of comparison to Sokka. She left that conversation thinking about him as a clueless jerk... and that impression hasn't really changed except for the fact that she doesn't think he's malicious - he just doesn't know better. She also thinks that he doesn't want to be a jerk, and there are some ways where he reminds her a little bit of Aang... and that might add into her subconscious determination not to spoil Haruki's view of life. More recently, she's gotten to see many different sides of him - and while she hasn't changed her opinion that he can be a bit of a jerk, she's starting to think he might be someone she can trust as well.

Katie McCoy

♦♦♦♦
Katie is one strange little girl. Katara doesn't have her anywhere close to being figured out, but she's all alone in Luceti and when they first met she had a burn around her wrist. Katara will go to great lengths to make sure that nothing ever hurts her, but she's doing her best to respect the fact that Katie seems to be able to take care of herself... in more ways than one.
■■□□□□□□□□
Maes Hughes

A nice man that she's met a few times at particularly low points for her in Luceti. He is remarkable to her for his love of his daughter.
■□□□□□□□□□
Minato

♦♦♥
Katara doesn't know Minato well at all, but she does know that he helped her on her first day of school, and he showed her music like she'd never heard before. No matter what, even if they never talk again, she'll always be grateful for that.
■■■■□□□□□□
Moro

♦♦◊◊
Katara gives Moro the amount of respect she would afford any spirit of her world. She has helped Toph, and went on the mission to rescue Nami... but at the same time, she hates humans and values preserving the forest over human life. It's a lack of balance that bothers her, and causes her to be even more cautious than a giant wolf god would warrant
■■□□□□□□□□
Riku

♦♦
Katara and Riku have spoken a few times, and have always gotten along well. He seems like a nice guy, and they have an upcoming boat race that needs to be settled.
■■■□□□□□□□
San

◊♦♦
She met San when she broke into their house for meat and then proceeded in trying to talk the girl down. San seems to have some sort of interest in her waterbending... and Katara is curious about her, and sad because San seems to be hurting in a way that can't be touched. Every time she talks about how much she hates humans, Katara worries for her. More recently, they have fought in the draft together and Katara has healed San several times, causing her to become more comfortable with the girl.
■■■□□□□□□□
Sigmund

♦♦
Sigmund is another person who seems to have sadness clinging to him, but he seems like a nice enough guy. He's also from a world that is the most similar to hers - and one of the most different, where people without powers are treated horribly, and where the kingdom of water has been annihilated. All these factors cause Katara to feel a sense of kinship and curiosity towards him.
■■■□□□□□□□
Usopp

♦♦♦
Usopp's apparently the Straw Hat's inventor - she's very impressed with the climatact he built for Nami. He's kind and funny and tells great stories - now that they've fought on the draft together, Katara feels like she knows him a lot better. She looks forward to getting to know him even more.
■■■■□□□□□□
Vash

♦♦♦♦
It's almost impossible not to like Vash - he's a little what she'd imagine a grown-up Aang to be like, in that... he's never actually grown up. The delight he has in every part of life is something that Katara sees as precious.
■■■□□□□□□□
Winry

♦♦♦
Somehow, despite being one of the first people Katara met in coming to Luceti, she still doesn't know Winry very well. She's close friends with Sokka, working with him every day, so Katara hopes that this will change soon. She seems nice, polite, as well as smart and talented. And she makes a mean apple pie.
■■■■□□□□□□
Zoro

♦♦♦◊
She first met Zoro over Nami's still and beaten body, not exactly the best time for introductions. She doesn't know much about him, or quite what to think of him. It's obvious that he's very protective of his crew, and equally obvious that he's very dangerous. But she's stil a little wary of the violence that seems so tightly leashed under the surface, she's starting to feel comfortable around him.
■■□□□□□□□□
Nephry

♦♦
Katara's impressions of Nephry are somewhat... confused. They met when each of them were not themselves under the influence of their alternative selves. The much younger and badly burned Katara found a place of rest and safety with Nephry, and those feelings are hard to disassociate from the person that Katara has now come to know is... in some ways... completely different from the person she first came to know. Katara's feeling a bit shy about getting to know Nephry better, but at the same time there are those feelings of trust guarantee that she'll be interested in meeting her again.
■■□□□□□□□□
Masaomi Kida

♦♦
Masaomi is a smart guy from a technologically advanced time who lives in a city. She thinks he's a bit ridiculous, what with his extreme flirtatiousness, but he's also shown her that he can be serious and thoughtful. She's had to turn him down when he asked for a date, and that was awkward, but he just calls her Katara now and she hopes that they will become friends.
■■■□□□□□□□
Kurt

♦♦
Kurt is a nice guy who's been through a lot. She knows how much it can suck to be the only one who's different someplace, even though she had years of forgotten culture to back her up, there were times when it was really hard, and she had to cling on to it making her special and not a freak. But it seems like Kurt is finally getting a grip on the fact that his ability makes him special too - there was definite underlying pride when he told about his powers and his friends as they talked by the river, and that made her happy for him. He seems like a fun guy, and she looks forward to getting to know him better.
■■□□□□□□□□
Capell

Katara doesn't know much about Capell at all, besides the fact that he looks just like Sigmund. He seems to be a nice guy, and there's clearly some history/mystery there which she is curious about.
■■■□□□□□□□
Michael Blanc

♦♦
Michael seems to get a great deal of pleasure out of making Katara mentally keysmash. She doesn't know quite what to make of him. He never quite crosses the line to 'this is a guy who wants to be my friend' or 'this is a guy who is interested in me.' So since she doesn't know what to make of that, she's doing her best to ignore it... despite the fact that it makes her flustered. As a person, she thinks that Michael is a nice guy, and was surprised by the depth of concern he demonstrated when they infiltrated the Malnosso base. His skill with a gun makes her wary, but that same infiltration revealed that she trusted him enough to have her back.
■■■□□□□□□□
Alexis

There are two main concerns Katara has with Alexis, one is that she seems to be such a perfectly normal girl from a technologically advanced time who is unprepared to deal with the kind of things Luceti can throw at you... and the other is that she is here completely on her own. Katara has been impressed with how well Alexis has been adapting to Luceti so far, and is determined to do her best to incorporate her into the circle of people she watches out for, who watch out for each other. Plus, the other girl seems like fun, and she's gotten to do amazing things like be a student.
■■□□□□□□□□
Uchiha Itachi

Katara only knows Itachi as a child. And as a child he was serious, polite, and seemingly very earnest about becoming a ninja and protecting his village. Those are all things that she admires and appreciates. She knows he's not a New Feather and that he's probably an adult somewhere in Luceti, and she is somewhat aware that her opinion of him could change, but as long as he's a kid she'll do whatever she can for him, and when she meets him as an adult some of that good will automatically extends to him, and she'll meet him predisposed towards him.
