[On her way back from slipping a fresh Thank You note underneath Allen Walker's door, Katara sees a shiny blue disk.

Ooooooo. Shiny.

She reaches out to touch it - and is whisked up and away! Her journal tumbles opened as she fights to control it, and she's soon laughing with pure joy. This is so fast! It's awesome!]

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! [More laughter. Okay, phasing through things is kind of weird, so she's going to try to steer this manic thing out of the village and - oh no. Rock. ROCK! Why isn't it phasing!!

She tumbles out of the thing, head over heels into the river and starts laughing helplessly. She tries to get back to her feet and falls back in. The journal's landed open safely on the bank, and is recording her attempts to stand up straight.]

Oh man. [Splash.] Wow.

[Later, she throws up a small filter to Riku]

Hey - you doing OK?

Just a little dizzy. [The rush is starting to wear off now, so she'll just be... shoving her head down by her knees and waiting for it to pass. At least she's not seeing any friendly giant mushrooms?]

... right. [Well, whatever. He flops down on the ground next to her, folding his legs underneath him.]

Have you been drinking something?

What?! [She jerks her head up and is instantly dizzy again.]

[Ugh. Just ignoring you now and putting her head back down.]

[After some awkward silence, Sokka stands up.]

Well, if you find yourself stumbling home, be sure to call me.

[Glancing up at him now.]

[Sisters. So weird. Sokka shrugs and starts to walk away. He's almost out of sight when he suddenly stops, bends over and...]

[That streak you see is where your brother used to be. The yelling is just your imagination.]

[Or maybe not as gone as she might have thought, when he comes flying towards her from the other direction. When he realizes he's going to hit he, he suddenly turns sharply and... crashes.

Into the river.]

[Jerking upright now, towards the river - she was lucky, she didn't drown but ow that hit looked hard.]

Sokka!

[Dizzy as he is, Sokka manages to stumble out of the river, mostly on his hands and knees, until he collapses on the ground. He lies there on the ground, silent for a moment. A large grin forms on his face and he points at the sky.]

That cloud looks like a mushroom.

...pfffff.

You're fine, then.

[He's just going to lie here soaked for a little while.]

Apparently? I should probably be dead.

[She lays back down and latches her hands behind her head. Huh. That cloud did look kind of like a mushroom.]

That hasn't stopped you before.

[He makes a small gesture of throwing his hands in the air.]

Well, yeah. But those were all carefully executed risks. With how fast I was going and how I suddenly stopped, I should be very, very dead.

But you're not! And I'm not either. And it doesn't look like anyone else is either...

[Is your sister thinking of hunting down the next shiny blue disk and going for another ride? Why yes, yes she is.]
